Michael J. King
Vice President, Corporate Counsel
Mike joined Travel and Transport in January of 2005 as its Vice President, Corporate Counsel. Mike is Travel and Transport's first in-house legal counsel and is primarily responsible for managing the legal affairs of the company, including assisting in the negotiation of contracts and leases for the company. Mike previously worked for the Koley Jessen P.C. law firm in Omaha, NE as a corporate attorney for 13 years, 6 years of which as a firm shareholder. His responsibilities at the firm included helping to manage mergers and acquisitions, along with other corporate and transactional work, for several of the firm's larger corporate clients.
