Nancy J. Miller, CTC
Vice President, Operations
Nancy joined Travel and Transport in 1981 and has over 25 years of experience in operations and client service. Since 1987, she has held various management positions, including branch manager, director of operations in Eastern Iowa and Chicago, director of operations analysis, and general manager of branch services. Nancy was promoted to Vice President of Branch Support Services in 2005 and to Vice President of Operations in 2008. Her responsibilities include overseeing corporate reservation centers, Branch Support Services, Online Fulfillment Centers, After-hour Emergency Services, our Implementation department and Meeting Trends division.
