The second day of the
2009 NBTA International Convention and Exposition was once again packed full of
outstanding education sessions, many laughs from Jay Leno who served at guest
speaker at the afternoon luncheon and thousands of networking opportunities.
We would like to
congratulate two of our team members, Nancy Rissky, Vice President - Client
Services and Penny Watermeier, General Manager, Corporate Sales and Marketing
for receiving their GLP diplomas at the Tuesday Luncheon. This is an
outstanding achievement with many hours dedicated to this effort!
The show floor was once
again alive on Tuesday with many show attendees stopping by our booth to GET
HOOKED with Travel and Transport. Our Dynamic Benchmarking technology that was
released at this year's show is drawing attention from many attendees who are
very interested in this powerful technology.
The afternoon ended with
the Chapter Chat reception where location NBTA chapters had a chance to meet
and share their experiences from this years show. The last evening of our
hospitality was a success with many people stopping by to relax under the stars
of San Diego.
Wednesday is an early
morning as the show begins at 8:45 a.m. followed by education sessions and a
luncheon featuring former president Bill Clinton.
