Air India
Air India will begin offering two flights from Delhi, India to Surat, India beginning September 17, 2014. 

Air New Zealand
Air New Zealand will be adding an extra flight next summer on its Auckland, New Zealand to Los Angeles, CA route. 

Alaska Airlines
Beginning September 18, 2014, Alaska Airlines will begin nonstop between Albuquerque, NM and Seattle, WA.

British Airways
Next summer, British Airways will be increasing its service from Miami, FL and Cape Town, South Africa.

Delta Airlines
Delta Airlines and Virgin Australia have updated their complimentary checked baggage allowance for Elite members.
Beginning April 7, 2015, Delta Airlines will begin non-stop service from Los Angeles, CA to San Antonio, TX.
Effective November 3, 2014, Delta Airlines will begin new service between Dallas Ft. Worth, TX and Los Angeles, CA.
Delta Airlines will be ending direct service between Memphis, TN and Houston, TX.
Delta Airlines will be offering nonstop seasonal flights from U.S. cities to Costa Rica effective November 7, 2014.
Delta Airlines will be expanding flights to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic effective January 11, 2015.

Iran Air
Iran Air will be resuming flights from Tehran, Iran to Moscow, Russia on September 23, 2014.

JetBlue Airways
Beginning December 18, 2014, JetBlue Airways will begin year-round service for nonstop routes between Washington, D.C. and Fort Myers, FL and to West Palm Beach, FL.

Jet Airways
Beginning November 5, 2014, there will be direct daily flights connecting Delhi and Mumbai in India to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Singapore Airlines
Singapore Airlines travelers can now enjoy free lounge access if they are making a stopover at Singapore’s Changi Airport.

United Airlines
United Airlines has launched its Mercedes-Benz tarmac transportation service at Denver International Airport, CO.

Virgin Atlantic
Gogo will be offering in-flight internet on Virgin Atlantic flights.

Westjet has announced new fees for first checked bags on Econo fares.

Eritrea – The U.S. Department of State warns U.S. citizens of the risks of travel to Eritrea and strongly recommends U.S. citizens not travel to the country since there is increasing possibility U.S. citizens will not receive the requisite exit permit from Eritrean authorities. This replaces the Travel Warning for Eritrea of November 18, 2013 to remind U.S. citizens of ongoing security concerns in Eritrea.
